On December 13, the Party Committee's Theoretical Learning Center Group (Enlarged) of C&D Group held a study meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to convey and learn about the spirit of the report by Cui Yonghui, Secretary of the Xiamen Municipal Committee, at the opening ceremony of the special seminar for municipal management cadres to study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, as well as carry out exchanges and discussions on the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party while having a candid discussion that integrates real work and experience.

Chen Haitao, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Xiamen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, attended the meeting to listen, provide guidance, and put forward requests involving upcoming work. He highlighted that it is necessary to continue to promote the study, popularization, and implementation of the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress. He also pointed out that it is necessary to deeply understand the decisive significance of the "Two Establishments"; carry forward the great spirit of Party-building; proceed from the overarching landscape of the party and the country; lay emphasis on the developmental transformations in terms of the world, the nation, and the party; be grounded in the responsibilities and duties of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises; deeply plan ideas and measures to promote the reform and development of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises in the new era and new journey; continue to incorporate study and thinking to combine knowledge, belief in the Party, and actions into one; take the initiative to take action by implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress in all aspects of the development of state-owned enterprises, reform supervision, and party building; and to embody this philosophy when doing a good job in all work this year and in preparations for next year's work, which will promote the high-quality development of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises.
