On June 29, Zhuang Jiahan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee and Mayor, and Lin Jian, Vice Mayor along with their delegation paid an investigation visit to C&D Group for such work as foreign trade. Huang Wenzhou, party committee secretary and chairman of C&D Group, made a report on the main operations of the Group and its supply chain operation segments in the first half of the year.

Mayor Zhuang gave full affirmation to the measures taken by C&D Group to stabilize foreign trade and promote growth under the COVID-19 pandemic and its counter-trend growth in import and export business. Zhuang hoped the company to stand firm in its development, make an accurate grasp of changes in the foreign trade situation, and capitalize on its advantages in import and export, supply chain, and other channels to innovate foreign trade methods and optimize resource allocation. He also encouraged the company to actively expand its domestic and foreign markets and strengthen risk control to drive it to grow stronger and bigger, thereby making greater contributions to the steady growth of Xiamen’s foreign trade.
