On the list of China’s top 100 property management companies in 2020 released on May 13, C&D Property and Lianfa Property, affiliated with Xiamen C&D Group, both joined the top 50 again.

Among them, C&D Property rose by 5 places compared with last year to rank 36th. The projects under its management, Xiamen Yangtang Residential Zone and Xiamen Humanity Hospital were honored with the title of “Demonstration Base of Property Service Industry in China”.

Lianfa Property ranked 41st, 2 places ahead of the previous year. This is the 11th consecutive year that the company has made the list, and it has once again received the “China’s Property Service Socially Responsible Enterprise” award.
