National AI Application Pilot Base in International Logistics Supply Chain Makes Debut at the 9th Digital China Summit
2026/04/29
On April 28, the 9th Digital China Summit opened in Fuzhou. The National AI Application Pilot Base (International Logistics Supply Chain Sector) (hereafter referred to as the "Pilot Base") made a group appearance in the Digital China Innovation Development Zone, systematically showcasing its phased achievements in full-stack AI capability building, high-quality dataset construction, industry model development, typical scenario application validation, and industrial ecosystem empowerment.
The Pilot Base is built and operated by Xiamen Supply Chain Digital Intelligence Innovation Co., Ltd. (jointly established by three Fortune Global 500 companies: ITG Holding Group, C&D Group, and Xiamen Xiangyu Group), leveraging Xiamen's industrial strengths in international logistics, supply chain services, port shipping, and bulk commodity trading. It collaborates with Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and other high-level research institutions and ecosystem partners to build a collaborative innovation system of "technology development—scenario validation—industrial promotion," creating an open common service platform for the industry.
Forming Full-Chain Product and Service Capabilities
In terms of core capability development, the Pilot Base has established 22 "AI + Supply Chain" product and service capabilities, covering key areas such as data services, model training, intelligent agent development, and predictive analysis, laying the groundwork for a standardized product system from technology R&D to pilot validation and from capability accumulation to industrial promotion.
Regarding data construction, the Pilot Base has systematically built an industry-level high-quality dataset system, now comprising 46 industry datasets meeting the TC609 High-Quality Dataset series standards released by the National Technical Committee on Data Standardization, with data volume exceeding 100TB. Among these, 12 high-quality industry datasets have been published on the National High-Quality Dataset Platform.
Currently, achievements from the Pilot Base have been applied and validated on a large scale in key scenarios of several Fortune Global 500 supply chain companies, including agricultural product supply chains, iron ore trade decision chains, and global bulk logistics multimodal transport, effectively helping enterprises reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance global resource allocation capabilities.
Building a Supply Chain AI Innovation Platform
At the exhibition, a representative from the Pilot Base stated in an interview with CCTV.com that the Pilot Base will seize the opportunity of this summit to continue refining its full-stack common capability system covering computing power, data, algorithms, models, and scenarios. It aims to deepen the integration of AI technology capabilities, real-world industry scenarios, and industrial ecosystem resources, accelerating the creation of more verifiable, replicable, and scalable industry application outcomes.
Looking ahead, the Pilot Base will further leverage its role as a national-level pilot platform as a bridge and link, continuously driving the accelerated deployment of AI technology in the international logistics supply chain field, contributing more "Xiamen Practices" to the construction of Digital China and the high-quality development of industrial and supply chains.
