Recently, the Culture and Tourism Working Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of National Trade announced the second edition of the "China National Brand Hotels" list. C&D Hotel, Xiamen was awarded the "Supreme" level, reflecting its industry recognition in cultural heritage, service quality, and brand building, making it the first hotel in Fujian Province to receive this honor.

Simultaneously, the inaugural "China National Cuisine: One Hotel, One Product" selection results were officially released. C&D Resort, Wuyi Mountain was honored as a "Famous Hotel", while Zhang Wen, the executive chef of C&D Hotel, Xiamen, was recognized as a "Famous Chef". Signature dishes such as Langu Smoked Goose from C&D Resort, Wuyi Mountain and Buddha Jumps Over the Wall from C&D Hotel, Xiamen were named "Famous Dishes". Additionally, C&D Resort, Wuyi Mountain's Coconut-Flavored Wufu Lotus Seeds earned the title of "Famous Pastry", and Wuyi Mountain Da Hong Pao Tea Eggs and C&D Hotel Fuzhou’s Knife-Cut Noodles were designated as "Famous Snacks". These accolades highlight C&D Hotels' achievements in preserving and promoting Chinese culinary culture.
