The chef showcased four signature dishes—C&D Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, Tomato and Eel Jelly with Peppercorn Sauce, Taro-flavored Wensi Tofu with Shrimp Balls, and an Elephant-themed Dessert—ultimately earning the prestigious Special Gold Award.
