The Xiamen Branch of the National Cardiovascular Medicine Research Center project, undertaken by C&D Renewal Construction Company, a subsidiary of C&D Real Estate, recently topped out. The project, which is the second phase of Xiamen Cardiovascular Hospital Xiamen University (hereinafter referred to as “Xiamen Cardiovascular Center”), covers a total construction area of 85,600 square meters and is planned to have 400 beds. Since its groundbreaking on January 7, 2024, the project achieved topping out in just 380 days.
