Recently, Consumer Goods Group of C&D Inc. (600153.SH) , through its subsidiary C&D Enviro , joined forces with Red Star Macalline to sign a tripartite strategic cooperation agreement with the renowned Swiss bedding brand Elite. Under this agreement, C&D Enviro becomes the exclusive operator of the Elite bedding brand in China, set to establish branded showrooms and sales outlets in Red Star Macalline malls nationwide. Red Star Macalline will provide systematic support for the establishment of these Elite series showrooms.

The three parties have also launched the "333 Plan" to expand Elite's brand presence: collaboratively leveraging their strengths to establish 30 branded stores in core Red Star Macalline malls within three years. In the future, C&D Enviro will continue to create new quality living scenarios from the inside out, constantly enhancing the quality of its products and services.
