The China Real Estate Association and the E-House China R&D Institute released the 2024 Comprehensive Strength Assessment Results of Real Estate Development Enterprises. C&D Real Estate ranked 8th in the "Top 500 Real Estate Development Enterprises" list, moving up three places from the previous year, while Lianfa Group ranked 23rd, advancing seven places.

C&D Group's city construction and operation division is mainly engaged in urban construction and renewal, urban public services, urban industrial operation, residential and public property management, and urban planning services.
