Recently, the Haicang Yibai Elderly Care Center officially opened. The center, built with investment from the Haicang District government and renovated and upgraded by C&D Real Estate, covers an area of about 15,000 square meters and is planned to have 370 beds. Primarily serving the elderly with care services, the center also accommodates senior citizen cultural activities, health management, and day care, contributing to the high-quality development of elderly care in Haicang.

C&D Yibai has always adhered to the "self-reliance and support" care philosophy, committed to enhancing the existing life functions of the elderly, providing "warm-hearted elderly care," and achieving government support, corporate concessions, and benefits for the elderly. Currently, C&D Yibai operates two professional elderly care institutions and one sub-district-level elderly care service center, with a total construction area of about 70,000 square meters and approximately 1,100 beds.
