Recently, during the fifth meeting of the Southwest Fujian Collaborative Development Zone Joint Conference, witnessed by the principal leaders of five cities in Southwest Fujian, the Fujian Southwest Fujian Urban Collaboration Development Group Co., Ltd. signed agreements for four industrial park projects and one hotel project with Zhangzhou, Quanzhou, Sanming, and Longyan.

The Fujian Southwest Fujian Urban Collaboration Development Group Co., Ltd. was jointly established in September 2019 by several enterprises from five cities in Southwest Fujian. C&D Group and its subsidiary, Lianfa Group, collectively own a 40% stake and are in charge of its operational management.

Moving forward, the group aims to enhance collaborative efforts between inland and coastal areas, focusing on advancing industrial transformation and upgrading within the development zone to foster high-quality growth.
