Recently, the Haicang Xinyang Residential Area Affordable Housing Project Phase II Block A5, undertaken by C&D Construction Management, was honored with the National Quality Project Award, the highest accolade for engineering construction quality in China.

The Xinyang affordable housing project is a key provincial and municipal project and a significant livelihood project in Xiamen.
