From December 1st to 3rd, the "2023 New Minnan Cuisine Selection Event & Award Presentation and the Exhibition of New Minnan Cuisine Selection Results" was held in Fuzhou, guided by the Department of Commerce of Fujian Province and organized by the Fujian Dining and Culinary Industry Association. Companies under the C&D Tour have received multiple honors.

Among them, the Xiamen Haiyue Villa Hotel’s Xiangchagong Chinese Restaurant, C&D Hotel Fuzhou’s Huayuan Chinese Restaurant, and Fuzhou Lakeside Hotel’s Minyuexuan Chinese Restaurant were awarded the title of "New Minnan Cuisine Famous Restaurant". Additionally, the Xiamen Haiyue Villa Hotel's “New-Style Minnan Flavor Lamb Chops”, and Dahongpao Resort Wuyi Mountain’s “Dahongpao Tea Fragrance Duck” were awarded the title of “New Minnan Cuisine Famous Dish”. C&D Resort Wuyi Mountain's “Wuyi Bamboo Shoot Cake” was awarded the title of “New Minnan Cuisine Famous Snack”.
