C&D Tourism’s “Min Feast 1984” Dining Brand Officially Launched


On October 13th, C&D Tourism launched the “Min Feast 1984” dining brand at the C&D Hotel of the Fujian Foreign Trade Center, owned by the group. Themed “Blending Highland and Oceanic Flavors: A Bold Culinary Adventure for All,” the event presented an enchanting Fujianese feast experience through Min cuisine stories and gastronomic delights. 

The “Min Feast 1984” brand is dedicated to creating a novel Min cuisine dining experience, starting with the dishes, dining environment, and service etiquette. The brand seeks to weave together the concepts of mountain-sea fusion, soup mastery, and the art of tea in banquet settings into its culinary research and development, hoping to let more guests indulge in the charm of Min cuisine.
