C&D Real Estate Group was recently bestowed with the prestigious title of "Caring Enterprise 2022" by China Charity Federation on September 6th. Since the establishment of C&D Real Estate Charity Fund in February 2007, C&D Real Estate Group has been actively involved in various public welfare initiatives. These include assisting students, aiding the underprivileged, supporting orphans, providing disaster relief, promoting epidemic prevention and control, and contributing to rural revitalization. To date, the fund has generously subsidized nearly 10,000 students, over 5,000 impoverished families, and more than 5,000 migrant workers.

On August 31st of this year, the "Let Dreams Go Forward" charity student aid program was carried out in Xiang'an District, led by the Xiamen Charity Federation, and implemented by C&D Real Estate Charity Fund. A charity activity for students was organized, and provided financial assistance for 92 college students, demonstrating its commitment to fulfilling the Fund's initial objective.

In the future, C&D Real Estate Group will continue to contribute to society with love and charity, aiming to create a compassionate Xiamen.
