Recently, the largest resettlement housing project outside the island of Xiamen, the Jimei Chenjing Pubian Chao Yao resettlement housing project, which was built by C&D Construction Management Company, ushered in the successful topping out of the main framework of the first plot (JA-2 plot). The project is situated in the northeastern region of the CBD area in Maluan Bay's New Town Center Island. It encompasses a vast land area of approximately 141,800 square meters, with a total construction area spanning about 764,900 square meters. It mainly constructs 4533 resettlement houses.
