On July 13, the "Baixing (Ningxia) Household Products Co., Ltd." established by C&D Group in Minning Town held the openning ceremony, marking its official launch and operation. The company is invested, constructed, managed, and operated by Xiamen C&D Paper & Pulp Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of C&D Group. It serves as the "Industrial Support Base of the Party Committee of C&D Paper & Pulp for Minning Town".

Over the past two years, Xiamen has prioritized east-west collaboration as a crucial means to strengthen and broaden the achievements of poverty alleviation and connect them with rural revitalization. The city has persistently delved deeper into the essence of east-west collaboration. In response to the call, C&D Group established Baixing (Ningxia) Household Products Co., Ltd. in March of this year. This company is a comprehensive enterprise integrating the development, production, and sales of paper products, mother and baby products, daily necessities, hygiene products, and disposable medical supplies. As the first household product manufacturing base of C&D Paper & Pulp Group in Northwest China, the company is equipped with a mainstream high-end automatic tissue production line and an automatic toilet paper production line. The annual operating income can reach RMB 50 million after reaching the designated production capacity. This "industrial chain" made of "pieces of paper" employs residents around Minning Town, draws talents back to their hometown, and consolidates the outcomes of poverty alleviation efforts.
