Recently, two real estate companies under the city construction and operation division of C&D Group, "C&D Real Estate Group" and "Lianfa Group," both ranked among the top 30 real estate companies in China.
C&D Real Estate Group ranked 11th in the "Top 500 Real Estate Development Companies in Comprehensive Strength 2023," up five places from the previous year. This is the twelfth consecutive year that C&D Real Estate Group has received this honor.
Lianfa Group ranked 28th in the "Top 100 Chinese Real Estate Companies" in 2023, up five places from the previous year. This marks the seventeenth consecutive year that Lianfa Group has made the list.
C&D Group's city construction and operation division is mainly engaged in urban construction and renewal, urban public services, urban industrial operation, residential and public property management, and urban planning services. The division promotes the integration of "industry, city, and people," serves urban development strategies, and has business operations in over 60 cities across the country.
