On January 17, the main part of Xiamen Xiang'an Bridge was officially open for traffic. The cross-sea section has eight lanes in both directions, allowing for as short as five minutes' drive across the sea.

By establishing 3D models, every weld joint can be managed digitally and visually. Front-line challenges and pain points were addressed by means of "Internet + engineering". Last month, Xiang'an Bridge passed the field evaluation of the "China Steel Structure Gold Award".
