The "17th Kinpan Awards' National Selection of Space and General Categories," jointly sponsored by Kinpan.com and Times Properties Magazine, recently came to a close. The award consisted of the top domestic award-winning projects, selected for their "innovation, quality, habitation, and value" as the criteria.

Heming Villa of Foshan C&D and Heyue Project Villa of Nanning C&D developed by C&D Real Estate won the "Best Mansion Space of the Year"; Hexi of Jiangmen C&D, Heming Prototype Space of Foshan C&D, and Mingzhuwan Xi of Guangzhou C&D won the "Best Main Housing Space of the Year"; Wuyuan Bay's Lakeside Jiujing of Xiamen C&D won the "Best Large-Sized Apartment Space of the Year"; Yangyun Sales Center of Nanning C&D won the "Best Sales Space of the Year—Residential"; Shuxiang House of Guiyang C&D won the "Best Soft Decoration Space of the Year"; Yangzhu of Fuzhou C&D and Yangxi of Guangzhou C&D and Wharf Holdings Limited won the "Best Residence of the Year"; Jiuzhou Guanlan of Changsha C&D won the "Best Pre-sale Property of the Year—General Real Estate"; Hexi of Jiangmen C&D won the "Best Pre-sale Property of the Year—Residential (modified: Preferential Beautiful Home)"; Manyun of Hangzhou C&D and Wangjing Yangyun of Beijing C&D won the "Best Pre-sale Real Estate of the Year—Residential (improved: Luxury Mansion)"; and Lakeside Jiujing of Xiamen C&D won the "Best Pre-sale Real Estate of the Year—Residential (high-end: High-end Mansion)".
