On November 26, C&D Real Estate Group and Lianfa Group were ranked No.14 and No.29 on the list of "Top 50 Real Estate Corporations in Human Capital Value in 2022". Also, both were listed in the "Top 50 Real Estate Employers in Value in 2022".

Report has it that the list was jointly announced by the Industry-University-Research Branch of the China Real Estate Association and the CRIC YIWO Education. This list has now become an important indicator to judge the brand influence of corporate employers.
