C&D Real Estate Group Embraces the Sixth Joy Festival for A Profound Upgrade of Consumption Surge


The "Joy Festival", the largest brand IP event in 2022 invented and initiated by C&D Business Management, kicked off at 15 stores in 7 cities simultaneously from November 11 to 13. Following the slogan of "Happiness All In", hundreds of tenants collaborated during the event to please consumers and provide them with unique shopping experiences from the four perspectives of promotion, membership, service, and space.

During the event, the customer flow rose by more than 20% on a YOY basis, the amount of member consumption by 20%, and the number of member consumers by more than 220%. The number of top-seller brands reached 58, including 4 state-level top sellers, 16 province-level top sellers, and 38 city-level top sellers.
