On November 1st, CRIC Property Management and China Property Management Institute released the 2022 list of Chinese property service enterprises with comprehensive strength. C&D Property and Lianfa Property, a subsidiary of C&D Inc., won several other accolades.

This included Yijiayuan property, which belongs to C&D Property, ranking 34th among the top 2022 Chinese property service enterprises, 11th among the top 50 state-owned property service enterprises, 5th among the leading residential property service enterprises, and 34th in the top 100 brand value of property service enterprises. C&D Public Property was awarded the leading office property service company. Shanghai C&D's Yangxi (Runyuan) won the accolade of project excellence in property management.

Lianfa Property ranked 38th among the top 2022 Chinese property service enterprises, 7th in quality property service enterprises, 13th in residential property service enterprises, 7th in office property service enterprises, and 37th in brand value of top 100th property service enterprises in China.
