Results from the "2022 Real Estate Enterprise Brand Value Evaluation," conducted by E-House China R&D Institute (Shanghai), were released on October 27th. C&D Real Estate Group and Lianfa Group, both owned by C&D Group, made it to the top 50.

In particular, C&D Real Estate Group was ranked 13th and had a brand value of 25.3 billion yuan, and Lianfa Group was ranked 34th, with a brand value of 14.1 billion. Meanwhile, as one of Xiamen's new decoration projects, Lianfa Yueshangju also won the "2022 Excellent Real Estate Brand Project".
