On October 14, the Civilization Office of Xiamen Municipal CPC issued a notice on the publication of examples of innovation in the civilized city of Xiamen in 2022, which selected a total of 12 excellent innovative examples and 28 innovative cases. The "Building of Intelligent and Smart Sanitation Norms" of Huli C&D Urban Construction Group, an affiliate with C&D City Services, was selected as an example of excellent innovation.

It also uses a "Red Banner" system in combination with the operation of small-sized machinery. This will greatly enhance sanitation efficiency in the district of Huli and improve the image of the region and the appearance of urban and rural areas.
