On October 14, the general selection of the 2022 Kinpan Awards in Zhejiang and Shanghai, jointly sponsored by Kinpan.com and Times Properties Magazine, was a success. Here, C&D's Manyun in the Gongshu District of Hangzhou earned the first-place title of "Best Pre-Sale Real Estate". The Manyun Project turns to C&D's creative Chinese concept of "Confucian Gates, Taoist Gardens, Tang-dynastic styles, and Hua Designs," as well as drawing inspiration from Song-dynastic culture and Chinese water canal-inspired elements. By partnering with world-level masters, it has created 300-square-meter Chinese-styled air courtyards, re-creating an archetype of Jiangnan-styled architecture that incorporates art, technology, and creativity.

According to reports, this is the sixth year that C&D Real Estate has been in Hangzhou, developing over ten quality projects: from the "Yang Yun Jing She" and the "Shu Xiang Yin Cui" to the "Manyun" and the "Tianyue Yunlu."
