On September 10, the Qian'andingli and Zhaizili project in Longquan Village, Tong'an District, which was requisitioned and relocated by Lianyuexin Company affiliated to Lianfa Group, was fully completed in only three months from negotiation, signing, handover to demolition.

There were 400 houses in this project, with a floor area of about 141,000 square meters. Upon the launch of the project on July 1, under the strong leadership of governments at all levels, the Lianyuexin team has completed the project acquisition and relocation on schedule and also provided "sunshine acquisition and relocation" service with sincerity to assure villagers in terms of signing, compensation and demolition, helping more people to benefit from the development.
