Lianfa Eryu 1819 apartments was recently awarded the "MBI Influential Project" - "2021 Excellent Quality Project" at the "2022 MBI Brand Summit on China Rental Property" hosted by the Meadin Research Institute and Meadin.com.

"Eryu" is reportedly the first youth-oriented, long-term rental apartment brand by Lianfa Group. Lianfa Eryu 1819 apartments were reconstructed from the 18th and 19th factory buildings in Huli District's old industrial area, and operated for over two years, serving more than 3,000 apartment dwellers. In 2020, the project was included in the apartment system for talented persons of Huli District, and in 2022, it was approved as an apartment for talented Taiwanese youth in Huli District, offering the youth with a place to settle down. In the future, Lianfa Eryu apartments will continue to dig deeper as it builds an apartment complex youth community integrating accommodation, social life, entertainment and life services in a bid to map out what an ideal blueprint of the renting lifestyle should look like for its apartment dwellers.
