On July 20, the list of the 2021 Provincial Prime-quality Project for Construction Engineering of Fujian Province (Minjiang Award) was released with 84 projects being awarded. Among these, 8 agent projects of C&D Inc. were on the list: the headquarters building of Yealink constructed by C&D Real Estate, Xindian government-supported housing metros community Linqian Complex A03 plot and the main construction project (including decoration), Jinlinwan Garden Area B 1-07 plot resettlement housing, main construction project of Yangtang Residential Area's third phase A01 plot of the government-supported comfortable housing project, and A03 plot of the government-supported comfortable housing project (including fine decoration), basement and above-ground main construction of Houpu Community Development Center project (phase II), 2-1 plot and 2-2 plot main construction project (including decoration) of Xiangping government-supported housing metros community second-phase project constructed by Lianfa Group, and general contract project of the basement and above-ground main construction of Xiamen Hong'ai Maternity Hospital (2017G06 plot) by C&D Medical Health Investment Co., Ltd. It is learned that the list was recommended by associations of different prefecture-level cities, reviewed and double-checked by the Fujian Engineering Constructional Quality Security Association, and assessed by the evaluation committee.
