Fuzhou Lakeside Hotel Presents Whole Fujianese Banquet

In order to promote C&D Tour's new Fujianese cuisine and help the public to know more about its history, Fuzhou Lakeside Hotel gave a banquet made exclusively of Fujianese dishes on June 27.  A number of famed gourmets attended the event, including Dong Keping, adviser to A Bite of China, Zhang Xinmin, and gourmet food critic Yan Tao.

C&D Tour has been closely following the instructions President Xi made on his inspection tour of Fujian, and those that the Provincial Party Committee and Government made in their strategy for developing the Fujianese food industry. Since 2021 when the company launched the initiative to innovate existing local dishes and develop new ones, inheriting the traditions of Fujianese cuisine and promoting it has been part of the company's development strategy. In June 2021, C&D Hotel Fuzhou was designated by Fujian Catering and Culinary Industry Association as an Innovation and Research Center for Fujianese Cuisine, and an Academy of the Development and Research of Fujianese Cuisine.
