Xiamen C&D Merchandise Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of C&D Group, signed an agreement on strategic cooperation with Henan Xinye Textile Co., Ltd. on June 9.

With mutually complementing advantages, i.e. Xinye in resources and C&D Merchandise in supply chain services, the two parties, as per the agreement, will establish a long-term and encompassing strategic relationship in supply chain services associated with textile raw materials. By focusing on the supply chain, both parties aim to re-create an operation model for mutual benefits, synergistic development, and greater influence of both parties in the textile industry.
