On April 6, the Fujian Provincial Department of Civil Affairs announced the list of Fujian's five-star elderly care service institutions for 2021, and Yibai Elderly Care Center was the only newly awarded institution in Xiamen.

As a key livelihood project in Xiamen, Yibai Elderly Care Center, invested by the government of Huli District and operated by a subsidiary of C&D Real Estate Group, introduces technical support from Shanghai Lovpama, an innovative elderly care enterprise. Equipped with comprehensive hardware suitable for the elderly, the center, in addition to the original internal medical infrastructure, has added related common geriatrics departments such as traditional Chinese medicine and established green channels for medical services and the mechanism of sending doctors to visit the clinic with Xiamen Humanity Hospital donated and constructed by C&D Group, through which realize "not leaving the building for minor illnesses, not leaving the hospital for frequent illnesses, and direct trains for serious illnesses" to escort the health of the elderly.
