On the list of China’s top 100 property management companies in 2021 released on April 22, C&D Property and Lianfa Property, affiliated to Xiamen C&D Group, both joined the top 50 again. Among them, C&D Property rose by 4 places compared with last year to rank 32nd. Lianfa Property ranked 39th, two places ahead of the previous year, and it is also the 12th consecutive year that the latter has made the list.
